Starknet is resolving issues related to the STRK token airdrop for Immutable X users and pooled ETH stakers. Eligible users can now claim their tokens in April after facing technical difficulties.

Starknet, the Ethereum layer-2 blockchain, is making changes to its token unlock timeline for the upcoming airdrop round to address concerns raised by pre-Merge ETH stakers and Immutable X users encountering challenges with receiving their STRK tokens.

Main Points:

The Starknet Foundation has rectified the issues faced by users, allowing them to claim their STRK tokens in April. The problems were primarily due to inaccuracies in the list provided by Immutable X, misclassifying users, and staking protocols being unable to distribute tokens.

Starknet has identified the causes of these complications and is collaborating with staking protocols to ensure eligible participants can access their airdrop next month. The airdrop schedule was adjusted to prevent market manipulation and distribute tokens over three years to stabilize the market.

Conclusion:

Despite efforts to resolve the airdrop concerns, some users remain critical, claiming exclusion despite meeting requirements. Following the February airdrop, STRK’s price experienced a significant drop. Currently, STRK is trading at $1.88, struggling to regain its previous value.
